Go to a neighborhood coffee shop, bring a journal and a pen.
Bake chocolate chip pumpkin bread. Recipe below.
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread:
Makes 6 small loaves or 3 large loaves
3 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ginger
2 sticks margarine
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
Combine dry mixture to wet and beat til mixed. Add 12 oz. chocolate chips.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F, grease loaf pans and cook for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove from oven when slightly undercooked in the center for moist bread.
