DIY Key Lime Yogurt Popsicles

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 4 graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 2 limes, zested

  1. Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag or food processor until fine. In a small bowl, combine with melted butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, lime juice and zest. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds, with 3/4 inch room left at the top.
  4. Lightly sprinkle graham crackers onto each popsicles, patting down to ensure they stick.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, around 4 hours.
  6. Enjoy!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk (almond or coconut)
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter
  • 2 tbs. cacao powder
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tsp. maca powder*
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 tbs. granola

* optional

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Combine frozen bananas, milk, peanut butter, cacao powder and protein powder into blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer the smoothie mixture to a bowl.
  4. Add sliced banana, chia seeds and granola.
  5. Enjoy!

How To: Cranberry Apple Cider

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 qt. sparkling apple cider
  • 1 qt. unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Sparkling water to taste
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup diced red apple cubes
  • Cinnamon sticks

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a large pitcher or carafe, combine equal parts sparkling apple cider and cranberry juice.
  2. Add in the honey and stir until completely mixed.
  3. Pour a small amount of sparkling water over the cider.
  4. Top with diced apple cubes and fresh cranberries.
  5. Add a cinnamon stick for garnish.
  6. Serve over ice.
  7. ENJOY!
