Give the gift of chocolate (aka love) this V-Day! We used an edible rose gold powder to give this fave treat a pretty new update. Read on to see how to make your own!

DIY Chocolate Covered Strawberries

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Strawberries
  • Milk chocolate candy melts
  • White chocolate candy melts
  • Wax paper
  • Edible rose gold dust
  • Brush

DIY Chocolate Covered Strawberries

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Rinse strawberries and dry completely.
  2. Over a double boiler or very carefully in a microwave, melt chocolate candy melts until they’re smooth.
  3. Holding each strawberry by its stem, dip each strawberry into the chocolate.
  4. Set each covered strawberry on wax paper until they’re all dry.DIY Chocolate Covered Strawberries
  5. Alternate between milk and white chocolate for a mix and match look.
  6. Once the chocolate has hardened, brush the white chocolate strawberries with edible rose gold dust.
  7. Drizzle leftover chocolate for additional designs.
  8. Gift or treat yourself!

Strawberry Pink Lemonade Popsicle Recipe

We combined two classic summer staples into one refreshing must-have for any sunny day. Read on to find out how to make your own!

Strawberry Pink Lemonade Popsicle Recipe

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Pink lemonade (see lemonade/water ratios below)
  • Coconut water
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 10 wooden popsicle sticks
  • 1 popsicle mold (holds 10 popsicles)

WHAT TO DO:

  1. De-stem and thinly slice strawberries. Set half aside.
  2.  Combine 2 parts pink lemonade to 1 part coconut water.
  3. Muddle half of the strawberries and mix them into the liquid.
  4. Zest a fresh lemon and add half of the zest to the mixture.
  5. Pour mixture  into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.Strawberry Pink Lemonade Popsicle Recipe
  6. Carefully place leftover sliced strawberries (2-3 slices per popsicle) into molds.
  7. Sprinkle additional lemon zest on top of the molds.
  8. Carefully place wooden popsicle sticks in the middle of each mold.
  9. Freeze until they’re solid, or overnight.
  10. ENJOY!
