How To: Pumpkin Spice Overnight OatsWHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • Almonds or cinnamon stick for garnish

 

How To: Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

WHAT TO DO:

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Scoop mixture into a jar or container with airtight lid.
  3. Let refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with almonds and cinnamon stick.*
  5. Enjoy!

DIY Key Lime Yogurt Popsicles

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 4 graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 2 limes, zested

  1. Crush graham crackers in a ziplock bag or food processor until fine. In a small bowl, combine with melted butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, lime juice and zest. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture evenly into popsicle molds, with 3/4 inch room left at the top.
  4. Lightly sprinkle graham crackers onto each popsicles, patting down to ensure they stick.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, around 4 hours.
  6. Enjoy!

DIY Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Give the gift of chocolate (aka love) this V-Day! We used an edible rose gold powder to give this fave treat a pretty new update. Read on to see how to make your own!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Strawberries
  • Milk chocolate candy melts
  • White chocolate candy melts
  • Wax paper
  • Edible rose gold dust
  • Brush

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Rinse strawberries and dry completely.
  2. Over a double boiler or very carefully in a microwave, melt chocolate candy melts until they’re smooth.
  3. Holding each strawberry by its stem, dip each strawberry into the chocolate.

  5. Alternate between milk and white chocolate for a mix and match look.
  6. Once the chocolate has hardened, brush the white chocolate strawberries with edible rose gold dust.
  7. Drizzle leftover chocolate for additional designs.

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup milk (almond or coconut)
  • 2 tbs. peanut butter
  • 2 tbs. cacao powder
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tsp. maca powder*
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1 tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 tbs. granola

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Combine frozen bananas, milk, peanut butter, cacao powder and protein powder into blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Transfer the smoothie mixture to a bowl.
  4. Add sliced banana, chia seeds and granola.

Easy No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Ice cream is always an easy decision. DIY and celebrate National Ice Cream Day with this easy recipe! Read on to see how you can make your fave dessert right at home.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp fresh vanilla bean (2 pods)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Whip heavy whipping cream with a hand mixer or in a standing mixer until peaks form.
  2. Gently fold condensed milk into whipped cream.
  3. Scrape the seeds from inside the vanilla bean pods and add them to the mixture.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract, making sure to combine all ingredients evenly.
  5. Pour into a loaf container.
  6. Freeze until firm.
  7. Scoop & serve.
  8. ENJOY!

4th of July Mocktail Recipe

4th of July is a Tuesday this year… take it easy with this pretty mocktail! Mix up summer fruit and fresh flavors for a refreshing drink that’s all red, white and YUM.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Club soda
  • Lemon lime soda
  • 3/4 tsp. grenadine
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • Starfruit slice (for garnish)
  • Ice

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Place raspberries in the bottom of the glass.
  2. Pour grenadine on top of raspberries.
  3. Muddle raspberries and grenadine until slightly crushed.
  4. Fill the glass 1/2 of the way with ice and pour club soda until the glass is 3/4 full. 4th of July Mocktail
  5. Slowly add lemon lime soda to the glass, continuing to create a layered look.
  6. Place  blueberries on top.
  7. Garnish the rim of your mocktail with a slice of starfruit.
