How To Tie A Bandana Headband

Boho-chic is taking this season by storm. From flowy dresses to soft pants and kimonos, summer is all about the ease of beachy-chic comfort. One accessory that we’ve come to love is the bandana. From neckties to headbands, we’ve been seeing a huge trend in the handkerchief game. Check out how to rock a bandana headband in an easy step by step guide below and be sure to wear it to your favorite music festival of 2016.

Step 1: Fold the bandanna in half diagonally and roll.

Step 2: Tie a knot in the center of the headband then tie the ends together.

Step 3: Place the bandana around the crown of the head and tie the ends into a knot.

How to Make a Vanilla Cinnamon Acai Bowl

Acai bowls not only look like ice cream, but they almost taste like it too! Even better, they make you feel good about your breakfast choice — sounds like a win win to us! If you have a sweet tooth, this smoothie bowl will satisfy your cravings and keep you full and happy, all morning long!

How to Make a Vanilla Cinnamon Acai Bowl

INGREDIENTS

Base:
1 3.5 oz frozen acai packet
1 banana
¼ cup vanilla almond milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp almond butter

Toppings (optional, but we highly recommend!):
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp dried figs
¼ cup granola
1 tbsp hemp seeds

DIRECTIONS

1] Add all base ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You’re looking for a thick texture, so adjust the milk and add less than you would for a smoothie!
2] Pour smoothie into a bowl, layer on the toppings and ENJOY!
