Inspired by their passion and enthusiasm, we took eight individuals on a journey to the wilds of Oregon. Read below to find out more about one of the inspiring people featured in our Holiday 2012 campaign.

Meet Mac: a coffee barista from Waimea, HI. He recently moved to Portland, OR to pursue his dream of making the perfect cup of coffee. Mac is an avid angler and backpacker which makes the  Pacific Northwest the perfect home base for him to explore nature and the outdoors.

To get to know the personalities of our holiday cast we took a peek inside their suitcases and had them describe the contents in their own words. Take a look at what Mac can’t live without.

I don’t have the chance to visit my parents in Los Angeles very often but I pack these essentials when I make the venture from Portland. Because LA has the best shows, the boots are a staple to the wardrobe. Books are for downtime between family events and the fishing pole, well, the ocean’s right there!
