Pequods: Chicago is known for their deep dish pizza. One spot we can’t get enough of is Pequods. Crunchy on the outside, cheesy gooeyness on the inside. Pro tip: Go with a hungry belly!

The Girl and Goat: Open 7 days a week, this restaurant offers a bold twist on dishes from around the globe. Bonus, they offer a great wine selection for the connoisseur.  Pro tip: Make a reservation as early as possible! This place is extremely popular.
Waffles Cafe: They have a hybrid doughnut waffle known as a wonut. Need we say more? Pro Tip: Get there early! Once the wonuts are sold out, they’re done for the day.

Alt-J: Any time we get a chance to see this Indie Rock band from England, we take it! From “Breezeblocks” to “Left Hand Free“, this band will have you hooked the moment they start playing.
Broods: This sibling duo from Nelson, New Zealand is definitely one to see. Their Indie Pop- Electronica sound encapsulates their listeners, making it hard to resist their style. We recommend “Bridges” and “Never Gonna Change.”

The War on Drugs: This Indie Rock band from Philadelphia has been making it’s name in the music industry since 2005. We love them so much, we’ve actually used their songs in our previous marketing campaigns and in store playlists! Check out “Red Eyes” and “An Ocean In Between The Waves” for music you’ll want to put on repeat all day long.

First Aid Kits: Another sibling duo we’ve fallen in love with are Klara and Johanna Söderberg from Sweden. Their Indie Folk sound is not only powerful, it’s endearingly catchy and sweet.  We love “Stay Gold” and “My Silver Lining.”
