One trend we can’t get enough of this fall is boho. From flowy skirts to buckled booties and tiered tops, our inspiration when we get dressed is the wild beauty of boho fashion.
What inspired Katelyn’s style:
“I loved the flirty shape and print of the top, and couldn’t help but mix it with a similarly coloured Aerie scarf. It’s lightweight and perfect for layering, but also stands on its own as a sleeveless tank.”

What inspired Nicole’s look:
When I first saw the Crocheted Empire Waist Tank, I immediately though of summer music festival style. It would’ve looked perfect with denim cut-offs or over a little floral dress. Alas, fall is officially here, so I dusted off my transitional faves and styled this boho top for the season! First of all, this top is lace, so it’s totally see-through but if you’re layering it under a blazer, I think it’s fine to wear it with a bra in a contrasting color. I chose a lacy black bralette to wear underneath and layered a long camel blazer on top with a layered gold statement necklace. I love this combination of earth tones contrasted by dark indigo denim and black suede ankle booties. It’s the perfect look for Sunday brunch or a casual date night.

What inspired Alex’s look:
I love this shirt! It’s the perfect piece to layer for the endless summer we’ve been having in Toronto. Since it tends to be a bit cooler in the mornings, I simply paired it with a light cargo jacket and my go-to AEO denim shorts. I love a boho look with low-heeled neutral booties and a bright pair of sunnies to finish off the look. Add my favorite accessories and signature beach waves done up in this season’s trendy ponytail and you’ve got yourself a look that takes you from boho in the city to festival chic.”
