Name: Christine Bibbo Herr
City Attending: Philadelphia
AEO: What are your must-have festival essentials?
AEO: What is your perfect #AEOStyle festival outfit?
Christine: I love mixing flirty styles with sportier pieces that are super comfortable to rock all day and into the night.
AEO: What are you packing for the Budweiser Made in America festival?
Christine: I’m packing the AEO Polka Dot Shortalls paired with a fun graphic tee accessorized with leopard print kicks! This outfit is the perfect mix of girly and rocker-chic. I’ve also been a huge fan of mirrored sunnies this summer, so I’ll definitely be packing a few pairs to have in my striped backpack for all the afternoon festivities!
AEO: Have you been to Philadelphia before? If so, what are your favorite haunts and if not, what are you excited to experience for the first time?
Christine: This will be my first time in Philadelphia! I’m psyched to check out some local, laid back hangouts, eats and shops while I’m there for the long weekend.
AEO: Who are you most excited to see perform? What is your favorite type of music and how does it inspire your fashion choices?
Christine: I love all different types of music; it all depends on my mood. Sometimes – for example, during a hardcore workout – I want kick-butt, hard rock, and high-energy pop or hip-hop tunes. Then, there are days when I’m more into a more “chill on the beach” type of vibe and will listen to reggae or laid back, surfer type of songs.
At the festival, I’m super psyched to see Kanye, The National, Kings of Leon, Pharrell, as well as experience some of the newer bands I haven’t heard of yet! Music always inspires fashion, so I’ll be bringing some rocker-chic and glam-grunge looks along this weekend.
AEO: What goes into your bag at the festival?
Christine: I’ll be bringing along a pair of sunnies, some flannel, a denim jacket and vest and a fedora or another fun hat for the daytime shows. Then, I always love an extra lipgloss and I’ll definitely have sunblock, mints, gum, snacks and my iPhone on me at all times.
