AE Project Live Your Life Fashion Show

AE Project Live Your Life Fashion Show

This month, we invited 16 of our cast members from the Project Live Your Life Back to School 2013 photo shoot to Pittsburgh to participate in a fashion show at our annual company-wide ‘State of the Place’ event. Our Home Office Associates were treated to a sneak-peek at our Back to School collection. Check out some behind the scenes photos from the event and testimonials from the cast!

When I got the e-mail that there was going to be an AEO Back to School fashion show I was so excited. All of the cast immediately started messaging each other on Facebook! AE FAMILY REUNION!!! We didn’t think we would get the chance to see each other again but luckily the show brought us all back together in Pittsburgh.

Right before the show I got super nervous because I didn’t want to fall in front of the entire audience but also because I was super excited. There was a TV in the back where we could watch each other rock the runway. I felt like a proud parent watching each of my friends!

The finale was definitely my favorite part. We were pretty much asked to make a mess! I got to throw color starch all over the CEO of AE, the cast and the audience. It was a surreal moment. I got so into the color fight that I forgot there was an entire audience watching us.

Leaving is always the hardest. American Eagle has magically found 20 of the coolest kids in the country and brought us together. All of us are such good friends now and it is so hard to say goodbye. -Leanne, a student activist from Fairfax, VA.
